Return & Refund Policy

We accept return requests within 12–24 hours of delivery. Additionally, customers may request a return within 30 days of receiving the item, subject to the conditions below.

To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, unworn, in its original condition, with all tags attached and in the original packaging. A valid receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

To initiate a return, please contact us at techsattianz@gmail.com. Once your request is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately so we can review the issue and resolve it promptly.


Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return, including:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)
  • Customized or personalized products
  • Personal care items (e.g., beauty products)
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

We also do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges

For exchanges, we recommend returning the original item first. Once the return is approved, you may place a new order for the desired product.


Refunds

After receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that banks or payment providers may take additional time to process the refund.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item received is defective or incorrect
